Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2025

1. What We Collect

BridgeOS collects your Google account information (name, email, profile picture) via Google OAuth, as well as messages you send within the app and files you optionally upload. When you grant Gmail access, we read, send, and modify email on your behalf only in direct response to actions you take inside BridgeOS.

2. Gmail Data

Your Gmail data is used exclusively to provide the features you explicitly request — reading threads, composing replies, saving drafts. We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or share your Gmail data with third parties
  • Use your Gmail content to train AI models
  • Scan your inbox for advertising purposes
  • Store email body content beyond your active session

Your Google OAuth access token is stored securely in our database solely to allow seamless Gmail access across sessions. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

3. AI Processing

Messages you send to BridgeOS are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic's usage policies apply. We do not use your conversations to fine-tune or train any AI model operated by BridgeOS.

4. Data Storage

Your profile and conversation history are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security. Only you can access your own data. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.

5. Data Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all messages, profile data, and stored tokens are permanently removed within 30 days.
